Biography

Dr. Amanda Coltri is the director of digital strategy and engagement at ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿, where she leads the Web and Digital Strategy team. Her work focuses on improving user experience, data-informed decision making, search engine optimization, and the planning and development of the College’s digital communications ecosystem. She oversees the strategic intersection of systems, processes, and policies related to the College website and other key digital communications platforms.

Before joining Bryn Mawr, she served as associate director of enrollment systems and onboarding operations at Rowan University. There, she led cross-functional teams to enhance Rowan’s digital presence, streamline business processes, and implement cost-effective web and app solutions. She managed multiple enrollment data and communications systems with a focus on expanding capacity, improving system usage across departments, and advancing enterprise-level tools.

Earlier in her career, she directed high-profile digital projects in marketing, CRM development, and web management. She previously held roles as lead digital developer for the Philadelphia Eagles, sports information director at Montgomery County Community College, and web manager at Rosemont College.

Dr. Coltri holds a doctorate from Rowan University, where her research centered on transition-to-college social support, the evolution and future of digital student support services, the impact of new technologies on higher education communications strategies, and asset-based support models for first-generation learners. She also earned a master’s degree in sports leadership from Northeastern University, with a focus on academic support for underserved student-athlete populations. A Bryn Mawr alumna, she completed a dual degree in philosophy and geology in 2004, reflecting a broad liberal arts foundation in the sciences, humanities, and social science.
