Many campus processes will move into Workday, and others will look a little different depending on your role on campus. We're here to walk you through each one, starting with Time Tracking.
What is Changing:
- Hourly employees - including Student Workers - will no longer submit paper timesheets!
- Hourly employees will record their time directly in Workday - either through the web or the Workday Mobile app.
- Dining Services will use a Workday Time Kiosk to make clocking in and out more convenient. Employees will log into Workday at the end of the pay period to submit their timesheet for approval.
- Time off requests and accruals will be tracked in Workday in real time.
- Employees will be able to model time off in Workday before submitting requests, making it easier to plan ahead.
